In 2009, Kappa Delta created the Confidence Coalition to bring together organizations, companies and individuals committed to promoting confidence among girls and women. By banding together, we are creating a movement to empower women and girls to be more confident and stand up against issues that can impact our self-esteem -- media stereotypes, spousal and dating abuse, risky behaviors, relational aggression, bullying, hazing, gossiping — virtually all of things that keep us from living the lives we imagine.
